Vincent and Donna Frattura, in a small bakery, baking only cheesecakes, started Hoff’s Bakery in 1983. Their philosophy and business plan was simple, bake the best quality desserts possible and treat customers with respect and integrity.

With this dedication to quality and customer service the demand for Hoff’s products grew throughout New England. Each year we add new items to our menu to stay innovative and cutting edge. Hoff’s reputation for new, unique and quality desserts has become our trademark in the foodservice and retail industries.

Today Hoff’s product line consists of gourmet cakes, European style tortes, individual desserts, brownies, dessert bars, mini pastries and trifle cups. Our products are available throughout the eastern seaboard.
